Services

GenLead provides organizational consulting, training and development, group facilitation and discussion, and individual coaching to identify areas for growth and empower clients to set and attain development goals. GenLead specializes in leadership development, diversity and inclusion, inter-generational workforce matters, and general workforce effectiveness and views all of these areas as interrelated (e.g., increased diversity and inclusion requires effective leadership development). GenLead collaboratively harnesses data points as well as clients’ unique stories, perspectives, and challenges in order to provide comprehensive, innovative, and high impact solutions.

  • Leadership Development

    Leadership development programs focus on assessing unique leadership strengths and aligning and building those strengths to meet the individual’s and organization’s goals. Sample components of a leadership development program include individualized coaching as well as training on effective communication, building/maintaining professional relationships (mentorship, sponsorship, and networking), resilience and stress management, and giving/receiving feedback.

  • Diversity and Inclusion

    Diversity and inclusion programs focus on building and meeting benchmarks to increase meaningful diversity organization-wide and helping diverse individuals successfully navigate the current professional advancement terrain while valuing their authentic strengths and stories. Sample program components include training on topics such as implicit bias and imposter syndrome, discussion and support group facilitation, and individual coaching.

  • Inter-generational Workforce

    Inter-generational workforce programs help organizations better capitalize on a generationally diverse workforce by providing insight on the unique experiences and addressing the unique needs of each generation. Sample programs include how best to recruit and retain each generation, inter-generational discussion groups facilitated to improve group dynamics, and individualized coaching.

  • General Workforce Issues

    General workforce programs address other challenges faced by an organization with regard to human capital. Sample areas include community-building, change management, translating organizational values and goals into job descriptions, onboarding, and career transformation.

About

Neha Sampat is founder, consultant, and coach at GenLead. She has worked in the technology, legal, civic, non-profit, and education industries, and most recently served as Dean of Students and Adjunct Professor of Law and Leadership. She brings to her consulting and coaching practice her experience supporting and developing thousands of diverse individuals of varying generations and at all levels of an organization. Neha loves to facilitate connections that honor the unique strengths, voices, and missions of both her organizational and individual clients. She is certified in Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI).
